TailSense («we») is a mobile app for dog owners. When you use the app, data is processed locally on your device. For privacy questions, contact us at [email protected].
TailSense requests access to location and motion sensors (accelerometer/gyro) on your phone. These are used to measure walk distance, speed, route and pull intensity during walks. The app stores walk summaries (date, duration, distance, computed scores) only on your device, in line with the operating system's rules (e.g. iOS/Android).
In the current version, TailSense does not send walk data to our servers. Everything is stored locally. If we later offer services that require sync (e.g. backup or premium features), we will update this policy and inform you.
You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. Data stored locally is removed when you uninstall. We do not have access to data that only exists on your device; you may export or delete it via the app if such features are offered.
We may update this privacy policy. Material changes will be communicated via the app or this website.
